One of the most unproductive form of exam stress. PASS usually occurs
the day following an important
exam and involves the sufferer analysing and stressing about said
exam and all the things
they got wrong or right, what
they could have done better and how well they think
It is usually accompanied by insomnia which usually leads to poor performance in exams
that may follow, thus perpetuating further post and pre-exam stress.
