The loss, rejection, pain, anger, and frustration felt when your game makers pull a stupid stunt(item that was released in the native version with 100% guarantee of getting it, but for you as a gacha), fail at a maintenance and therefore cause it to last 2 to 10 times longer, or just plain stink at customer service.
Person 1: "Theyre finally releasing that new awesome armor!"
Person 2: "COOOL!!!"
1 week later when its released:
Person 1: "That new awesome armor is in a gachapon, we totally got nexowned!"
Person 2: "Awww MANNN! now we gotta pay over $150 just to get a chance at it!"
